The firs...Oh I've definitely had those moments. The first time I made PW's Meatloaf, I followed the directions exactly. To a "t". And I don't know why, it would up taking twice as long to cook as it said in the recipe - which is a long time when the original cook time is one hour! Needless to say, I felt horrible.
